30 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | MARCH 2024 | Tai Chi You are invited to join a wonderful group of folks on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the Ballroom from 9:10 to 10 am for Tai Chi. There is no experience necessary and chairs available as needed. The Harvard Health Medical School reports, "This gentle exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility and balance, and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life." There is no charge for the group, and you can come whenever you are available. We follow two videos and then do a set of movements to music. For more information, join us or call Steve or Peggy Cooper at (951) 599-0123. Don't miss out! If you have already missed out on our January's - Play With Your Food, "Bell, Book & Candle," don't miss out on future events. It was an enjoyable afternoon socializing with our lady friends followed by great food and a wonderful performance. What are the Ladies planning in February? You'll never guess… Flamingo Bingo & Taco Bar. As I'm writing this article, Flamingo Bingo is still in the planning stages. There will be more to read about this event in April's Herald. Those are two of the events that have come and gone; hope you were part of the FUN! If not, come join us at our next meeting on March 25 at 1:30 in the Ballroom to see what we have planned for April. You can text Julie Rodriguez at (951) 821-1970 or email her at maxsmom0225@yahoo.com to get more information. New members are always welcome. We meet the fourth Monday of every month at 1:30 pm in the Ballroom. Hope to see you in March. Our Motto: Having fun, being positive, staying energized, and giving back to the community. FS Ladies Club We have a few people interested in playing horseshoes. There is a horseshoe league that plays on Wednesday mornings at 8 am at different locations around Hemet. We practice Saturdays at 8 am. Horseshoes American Sign Language The Hemet Four Seasons American Sign Language class celebrated one year of learning ASL in October at the Rocking K restaurant.
