GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT
SOLAR UPDATE We are still working
through contractual issues with the vendor
for the Solar Power Purchase Agreement. Once we have an update
that will be included in the Breeze and online.
DOLLARS AND CENTS At the June Board meeting, the following
projects and bids were approved. In parentheses is the committee
that generated the proposal and then stating either an Operational
expense which comes from this year's dues, or a Reserve expense:
• Various tree removals - $11,050 (Landscape/Operational)
• Plantings at The Courts - $560 (Landscape/PW Credit)
• Park strip along Breckenridge - $12,107.50 (Landscape/PW
Credit)
• Facility clock replacements- $1,400 (Facilities/Operational)
• ADA Lodge toilet replacements - $20,500 (Facilities/Reserves)
• Bistro dishwasher - NTE $6,000 (Facilities/Reserves)
• Bistro coffee maker and ice tea maker - $1,654.52 (Facilities/
Reserves)
• Bistro chair replacement - $17,122.40 (Facilities/Reserves)
• Bistro deep cleaning - $4,400 (Facilities/Operational)
MOVIE THEATER Did you know that you can request movies

DAILY REPORT If you're not receiving Four Seasons Beaumont
daily emails/Activities Blasts, email issues@fourseasonsbeaumont.
org to be added to the list of recipients. Being on the list is especially
important in order to receive warnings and updates related to
emergencies in our area (e.g., Nov. 2023 Lamb Fire evacuation
warnings).
REMINDERS A reminder I give at each Open Session Board Meeting
is to slow down. Once you are home behind the gates, speeding or
not stopping at stop signs will only "save" you a few seconds of time.
Speed limits are 30 mph on the Circle, 25 mph on all side streets, and
15 mph in parking lots. Please slow down and drive responsibly.
Also please use the sidewalks if you're a pedestrian and wear white or
reflective clothing when it's dark outside.
