Auditions were held in August for the December show e Grinch Explains it All. The cast and Pat Wayne, director, will be busy for the next several months rehearsing to put on a great PAC event. Free tickets will be available on Nov. 25 at the front desk. Our next bi-monthly meeting will be held Monday, Sept. 9 at 6 pm in The Lodge Game Room. All are invited to attend and share what is happening and future events with President Pat Wayne. Meet fellow residents and have fun! Bring your favorite beverage and snacks are welcome. DO YOU WANT MORE FUN? Mark your calendar for Sept. 20: Do you like Bingo? Do you like good music? On Friday, Sept. 20 at 6 pm in The Lodge Ballroom, PAC is sponsoring a fun night of Musical Bingo! Everyone is invited to attend and there is no charge for this night of fun and prizes. Dave Rohrbacker will be hosting the event by spinning the music and calling the bingo songs. And maybe some dancing too! All residents are invited; feel free to bring your own refreshments. PAC offers free entertainment to our Four Seasons community with various shows and events throughout the year. All interested residents are welcome. Over the past three months, our community has embraced the season with enthusiasm, enjoying three distinct beach getaways that encapsulated the essence of relaxation and joy. The journey began in June, where families and friends gathered for a series of beach excursions. Each trip offered its own unique charm, from the serene shores of Santa Monica to the bustling energy of San Diego. These outings provided moments of connection and rejuvenation, reminding us of the beauty found in our coastal surroundings. Transitioning from beach days to cultural exploration, September brings an enriching visit to the Getty Museum. Nestled amidst the hills, this architectural marvel offers a sanctuary of art and history. Visitors immerse themselves in world-class exhibitions, from classical sculptures to contemporary masterpieces, celebrating the diversity of human creativity. Please join us for this special trip. October ushers in a new adventure at the iconic Rose Bowl Flea Market. Known for its eclectic array of treasures, this sprawling marketplace will provide a day for exploration and discovery. Residents may browse through vintage clothing, artisan crafts, and unique collectibles, uncovering hidden gems and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of this beloved event. Remember our coach has plenty of storage to haul your treasures back home. Looking back on the past few months, it's clear that each experience has enriched our lives in its own special way. Whether basking in the sun on sandy shores or exploring cultural landmarks, our community has embraced the essence of summer and embraced the joys of exploration and connection. As we bid farewell to summer and embrace the delights of the approaching seasons, let us carry forward the spirit of adventure and camaraderie that defines our community.
