DECEMBER DOLLARS & CENTS At the December Board
meeting, the following projects and bids were approved. Please
note in parentheses the Committee that generated the proposal
and then stating either an Operational expense which comes
from this year's dues, or a Reserve expense:
• Various Front Yard Cost Center Plantings - $1,130
(Landscape FYCC/Operational)
• Zen Pollinator Garden - $22,529.24 (Landscape/Operational)
• Lodge Light Fixture Update - NTE $6,500 (Facilities/Reserve)
REMINDERS A reminder I give at each Open Session Board
Meeting is to slow down. Once you are home behind the gates,
speeding or not stopping at stop signs will only "save" you a few
seconds of time. Speed limits are 30 mph on the Circle, 25 mph
on all side streets, and 15 mph in parking lots. Slow down and
drive responsibly. Also, use the sidewalks if you're a pedestrian
and wear white or reflective clothing when it's dark outside.
WILDLIFE AREA One of the most popular amenities of the Association
is the miles of walking trails. But we are the last community in
Beaumont down Highland Springs and abut a large natural area between
Beaumont and Hemet/San Jacinto. In this large area are many animals
that come into the community. Animals seen in the community are as
small as rattlesnakes, and as large as a bear. Normally, we see coyotes,
raccoons, bobcats, and fairly often mountain lions. Please be aware
of your surroundings, while on the trails and in your backyard with
your grandchildren and your pets. More good info and tips at https://

yourself-safe.
DAILY REPORT If you are not receiving Four Seasons Beaumont daily
emails/Activities Blasts, please email issues@fourseasonsbeaumont.org
to have your name added to the list of recipients. Being on the list is
especially important in order to receive warnings and updates related to
emergencies in our area (Example: September 2024 Record Fire).
