Community Update: New Landscape Vendor! Please join us in welcoming our new landscape vendor: Harvest Landscape. Aer many months of research and meeting, the Landscape Committee has recommended Harvest to the Board and the Board approved to replace Artistic Maintenance with Harvest. ey will be starting June 1, and we can't be more excited. We have high hopes for the next season of our landscaping with Harvest. If you see any of their crew outside working, please welcome them and show them the hospitality that Four Seasons can oer! Board Update: During a May Special Meeting your Board (Barbara Balser, Mary Reyna, Cli Post, Fred Kydd, Rick Adkins, and Dan Ramos) interviewed the candidates that submitted their application to ll the vacant position of the Board. Aer the interviews, the Board had a productive discussion and eventually decided to select Paul Barr to appoint to the empty seat to serve for the remaining two-year term. Please join us all in welcoming Paul Barr to the Board! Some ings to Ponder and Look Into: Please remain diligent in inspecting your property and maintaining your property. Four Seasons at Hemet is over 20 years old now and some of your maintenance issues will start to rear their heads. One thing specically to look into is your landscaping and particularly trees that have the potential to damage or li the sidewalk concrete. Please be advised that if your tree damages or lis the sidewalk, you are responsible for repairing that concrete. Please talk to your landscaper if you have concerns. Summer is here! As of May 23 our pool hours for the weekend (Friday – Sunday) changed to 7 am to 10 pm. is will be observed until Sept. 1. When coming to the pool, please remember to check in your guests and review our pool rules so you and your guests can have an enjoyable time.
