This includes all walkers, bikes, golf carts, and vehicles. Please be mindful to stop signs and golf carts and/or bike lanes when traversing within the community. We want to keep our community safe and respect the rules of the road. Make sure as you walk your dogs that you pick up after them. This is something that enhances the look and feel of the community on top of being polite to your neighbors and friends. Have waste bags with you when walking your dog and always have your animals controlled and on leash. Summer in Swing With the heat here we are seeing an uptick in open garage doors and side doors. Please make sure that you are closing your doors and garage doors before you go to bed! They are a potential safety concern and the Roving Patrol will try to contact anyone they can when they are on patrol, but please make sure to protect and secure your property. Remember to be prepared for the heat of the summer. This means also that we may potentially lose power. Make sure your life saving devices are charged in case of any emergency. The staff is happy to help where and how we can, but remember that your health and safety are the number one priority for every member. In case of emergency, assure your property is protected and secure. Protect our Furry Friends! With the Fourth of July this month, we will probably see and hear lots of fireworks. Keep your pets in mind as this can be a potentially stressful time for them. Make sure that your pet is safe and secure and make sure that your property is not vulnerable to being broken out of by your pet. Happy Fourth of July! Be safe out there! By Jon Payne, CMCA
