As of the writing of this article, we were almost sold out of tickets for the New Year's Eve Potluck and Party. If you haven't bought your tickets, please check with the admin office to see if tickets are still available. It's going to be a fun night! Here are some highlights: • Tickets are only $10 per person (cash only), and there's reserve seating. • Dance the night away with a variety of great tunes, and enjoy spending time with your neighbors. • Bring your favorite dish to share with others — and enjoy the variety of dishes brought by your neighbors. Please be sure to bring a serving utensil. • BYOB - bring your favorite beverage and a glass. • We'll celebrate the New Year twice — once at 9 pm (New York time), then again at midnight (California time). • Party favors and champagne will be available upon request. New resident update: We've welcomed a lot of new residents this year as of early November — 79 new households and 139 people. Among them are Tom and Rita Quimby and their pup, Layla. We hope all new residents are enjoying being part of this wonderful community.
