| LIFE IN SOLERA | MARCH 2026 | 35 HIKING GROUP TABLE TENNIS Come check out the hiking club, every Thursday morning at 8 am. Pat Leahy guides us on easy local hikes. Enjoy the sights and being outdoors. ~ Camela Christopherson, joecamtessa@gmail.com Come and join us on Thursday at 10 am for table tennis exercises and fellowship while you wait to play. We are hoping to get a third table soon! Is your calendar already a bit too crowded? Do you love the idea of a "Girls Night Out" but can't commit to every single week? We hear you! The Miss Q's Billiards Group is all about fun and f lexibility. We aren't high-stakes league with rigid schedules or "must- attend" practices. Think of us as your neighborhood's favorite open house – with pool tables! Limited time? Come in and play for an hour or stay for the entire scheduled time. Life Happens: Miss a week? No problem. The "Social" Pro: Some nights we play 8-ball, 9-ball, or practice skills. Then there are some nights we spend more time chatting than shooting. Both are perfectly acceptable. Don't let the blue felt intimidate you. We are a group of women who love to laugh, learn, and lift each other up. We'll show you the ropes (and the racks) in a totally judgment-free zone. We play Tuesdays from 8 to 11 am and Thursdays from 3 until 5 pm in our Clubhouse. The vibe is casual, welcoming, and 100 percent f lexible. Stop by once to see if its' your scene, or make us our regular haunt. There are no dues to pay or sign-in sheets to worry about – just grab a cue and let's play. Come when you can, leave when you must, and always play for fun! Got questions? Please contact me, Cindy Bice, at cabice2017@yahoo.com. MISS Q'S BILLIARDS GOLF CLUB The Solera Golf Club calling on you to join us, have a wonderful time on Tuesday mornings, and get some good exercise. The main purpose of our club is for people at Solera, women and men, to socialize, hit some good shots, and ignore the bad ones. There are no scratch golfers in the club and skill levels are across the spectrum but we all enjoy each other's company. There is no real pressure to accomplish anything and Solera golfers encourage each other with happiness and enjoyment the final results. Should you want further information, contact Stan or Bob listed below. You can hit free balls with Bob at Oak Valley, and learn more about the club (just give him a text or call). We have tee times on Tuesdays at local courses and Mr. Jim Parker is our Golf Chairman. Oh by the way: Why do golfers carry an extra pair of pants? Just in case they get a hole-in-one. For info, contact Stan Whitesel, President, at (951) 314-9401or swhitesel@aol.com, or Bob Umeck, Secretary, at (909) 435-1542 or Sheenatra@gmail.com.
