From maintaining our beautiful neighborhoods and amenities to coordinating community programs and supporting homeowners on a daily basis, the Terramor Community Association (HOA) and FirstService Residential play an important role in shaping the quality of life we enjoy. Simply put, Terramor homeowners elect a Board of Directors to represent the community's interests and determine its priorities. e Board then partners with FirstService Residential, a professional property management company, to help bring those goals to life. Working under the direction of the Board, FirstService Residential assists in managing, maintaining, and enhancing the value of our community. eir responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating maintenance of common areas and amenities, managing nancial matters, and helping ensure compliance with the community's governing documents. Beginning as a Lifestyle Coordinator, she worked her way through operational roles before joining Terramor in 2018 and stepping into the General Manager position in 2022. Her role is anything but routine. No two days look the same, balancing homeowner inquiries, financial oversight, staff support, and daily operations. What stands out most, however, is her connection to the residents. Facility Manager Austin Tucker describes his role as both operational and service-driven, ensuring high standards while continuously improving the resident experience.
