FOUR SEASONS TERRA LAGO ROADRUNNER | JULY 2026 3 By Lynne Cesario, General Manager Welcome to the first edition of our community magazine! Over the past few months, our team has had the pleasure of getting to know this wonderful community. We've met many residents, learned about the community's history, and heard your ideas for the future. One thing has stood out above all else, the pride people take in living here and the strong sense of community that makes this such a special place. I would also like to recognize our incredible staff. It has been a privilege and an honor to work alongside such a dedicated group of people. Their commitment to assisting residents is evident every day, and it has been especially rewarding to watch them grow and develop as a team over these past few months. I am grateful for their hard work and proud of all they have accomplished in the few short months FirstService Residential has been on board. As we continue moving forward together, our focus remains simple: providing excellent service, maintaining open communication, and helping make this community the best it can be. We hope this magazine becomes a fun and informative way to stay connected. You'll find community news, upcoming events, resident stories, and updates from around the neighborhood and the Coachella Valley. Most importantly, we hope it ref lects the people who make this community such a great place to call home. Thank you for the warm welcome you have given us. We are truly happy to be here and look forward to a great partnership with the Four Seasons at Terra Lago community for years to come. General Manager's Report The Evolution of The Roadrunner For many years, our community newsletter, e Roadrunner, has been delivered digitally, providing residents with important updates, event information, club news, and announcements. As our community continues to grow and evolve, we are exploring an exciting new possibility — transitioning from a digital newsletter to a printed magazine format. A magazine-style publication allows us to showcase our community in a more engaging and visually appealing way. In addition to regular updates from our HOA Board, we will be printing club highlights, community and club events, special future events, and much more. We would also like to hear from the people who matter most—our residents. If you have any ideas for articles or features, let us know! We want to showcase all the clubs and groups in Four Seasons. We invite clubs to submit articles and photos of their events every month. The deadline to submit is the 4th of the month for the following month's publication (so July 4 for August). Articles may be no longer than 400 words and you can include up to three high-res photos. Please send your submissions to roadrunner.fstl@gmail.com. Cover photos are also needed! If you are strolling through the community's common areas and see a beautiful vista, sunset, rainbow — whatever strikes your fancy — snap a photo. We need vertical- orientation (portrait) and high-resolution pics. This magazine is free to Four Seasons residents because of advertisers. If you have someone you use for things around the house (a plumber, electrician, painter, general contractor, etc.) or know a service provider (mortgage broker, attorney, computer repair guru) please call Image Up Advertising & Design and talk to Courtney Taylor, our new publisher, at (909) 797-3647 or email imageup1@ verizon.net. Finally, we hope you enjoy the first issue of the new Roadrunner Magazine! ~ Lesley Attanese, Chuck Stevens, and Shirley Schuman Fourth of July!
