Continued from previous page I'm pleased to introduce myself as the new Treasurer on the OHCC Master Board. My wife Celia and I have called Ocean Hills home for nearly 21 years and I have served on the Budgets and Financial Advisory Committee for the past five. Before retiring, I spent over 40 years working as a financial and budget analyst, and I've also served as Treasurer for another HOA, so this isn't unfamiliar territory. I want to thank everyone who supported me in the election and placed their trust in me — I don't take it lightly. As Treasurer, my focus is on clear financial reporting, sound reserve funding, and taking good care of the community's resources and amenities. I'll be working closely with the Board and Management staff to keep our finances transparent and on solid footing. Treasurer's Report By Jim Quinn, OHCC Treasurer
