meeting, the Board of Directors

Approved the bid for the annual
tax review and tax preparation
($1,250)
Approved the renewal of the
Master Association insurance
policy (Annual cost $48,541)
Approved the member request
for extended event hours on
7/12/2014 for additional staff/gate
attendant cost
Approved the Architectural
Guideline revision for HOA
maintained Front Yard lights and
décor requirements

Board the completion of the
following items:
• Sealed relay contactors installed

on HVAC units

• Lodge planter area upgrades
Management reported that 20
violation letters were sent out during
August

• Four for architectural items
•
• 15 for maintenance
•
• One for hoses
The Board of Directors suspended
facility privileges for two members
for delinquent dues, bringing the total
for suspended privileges to 11 current
members. There were 23 accounts with
balances over 90 days past due.
The Board meeting is held on the
second Thursday of the month, with the
Executive Session at 9 am in the Lodge
Conference room and the Open Session
at 1 pm in the Lodge Ballroom.
