Congratulations and thank you to all of those past and present who have volunteered. • The Board accepted the 2015 Golf Activities Calendar. To obtain a copy, please visit the golf shop or see our website at www. sunlakescc.com. • The Board reviewed and approved, for publication and member comment, the following proposed rule amendment to the SLCCHOA General Statement of Rules and Regulations: Wearing golf shoes, with plastic or metal cleats is prohibited in the clubhouses, with the exception of the Sandwedge restaurant. • The Board reviewed and approved a proposal to install additional lighting in the RV Lot. • The Board reviewed and approved a request from the San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital Foundation to host their annual golf tournament at Sun Lakes on Sept. 24 and 25, 2015. • The Board discussed the topic of installing automatic doors on all clubhouses and the administration office. This matter was tabled. • The Board reviewed and approved a resolution to write off $2,607 in uncollectable debt. • The Board reviewed and approved canceling the December 2014 Open Session Board Meeting. November Executive Session(s) Action (non-confidential) • The Board interviewed applicants for the open Planning and Compliance Manager position. Ms. Heather Killian was selected to fill this position; please join us in welcoming her to the team. • The Board approved a proposal from The Ballot Box as the Inspectors of Elections for the 2015 Annual Meeting of the Membership. • The Board approved a proposal from VanDerPol and Company to prepare the 2014 Audit/Tax preparation. The Board is currently looking into additional service options as requested by the FAC. • The Board approved a request, from a homeowner, for a refund of his/her Annual Golf Dues. • The Board conducted 10 member show cause hearings for delinquent assessments. Membership privileges, including voting rights, have been suspended in many of these situations. • The Board approved a proposal to renew the Master Association Insurance Policy.
