On these cool mornings it is particularly difficult to get out of
the warm covers and head to the Lodge for SASY Class. We are
grateful for your attendance. Thanks for your continued support.
We admit that SASY is a highly social class. It is a lot of fun
and we enjoy the social interaction while moving our bodies.
Come join us!
Just a suggestion: Instead of raising and lowering a weight in
one continuous motion, pause for a second about halfway up;
continue the movement then pause again about halfway down.
Always good to learn new moves!
Join us in the Lodge Ballroom at 7:30 am every Tuesday and
Thursday. If you have questions regarding this class, please call
Jeanne Lincoln at (951) 765-7112, Char Weakley at (951) 926-
2599, or Joyce Kerns at (951) 325-8840.
