42 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | FEBRUARY 2017 February is the month of "love." Do you "love" going out for FREE enjoyable entertainment? Would you "love" to eat your dinner and watch a great FREE show, as in dinner theater? Don't you "love" being able to bring the beverage of your choice to certain Performing Arts Club performances? Well, this is one of those! Eat, drink, and be entertained! The upcoming Radio Show, is on April 7 at 6 pm in the Ballroom. The two shows will be an episode from Blondie and The Lone Ranger. Our Producer, Tom Shelley, promises that these performances will top any we've previously done! For those new to our Radio Shows, we resurrect the "Olde-Tyme" Radio Shows from the 1920s-40s when actors read their scripts instead of memorizing them. After all, it was radio! Don't forget to mark your date books/ calendars. On the topic of the Radio Show, we're now looking for actors to participate in our upcoming show. On Feb. 8, we'll have an introductory meeting, at 6 pm. Location to be determined. Please call/email me with your interest in attending this meeting. I will return your email/call with the location of the meeting. Our bi-annual, PG-55/Twisted Cabaret Show, will be held on two nights for the very first time, Friday, May 19 and Saturday, May 20. Tickets will be available to choose which night you prefer, and it's FREE! The show will have some risqué material mixed in with other types of entertainment. We are looking for volunteers interested in participating. If you're a singer, comedian, a variety act, want to put together a skit or dance number, or not sure what you want to do, but know you'd like to be a part of it, please contact the producer John Horning at: pg55.show@gmail.com with the heading, PG-55 2017. Last but not least, is anyone interested in joining our Technical Department, which includes sound, stage, backstage, etc.? We really need you! We have a great group of individuals now, but we are putting on more shows and we need more people. Not everyone is available when needed, so we need back-up folks. We are very willing to train new people, if necessary. If this isn't your background but you want to join a great bunch of people, contact me and I will forward your info to the correct individual. If you have any questions or to follow up with me about the information above, please contact me at: terimk@verizon.net or (951) 992-9156 (home) or (602)309-0919 (cell). ~ Teri Meyers- Kelman Performing Arts Club
