A quick note: Christmas dinner was amazing and the Candy Apple presents were so good, Provi as always great choice. We start our year with our Valentine night on Fri., Feb. 3 doors open at 5:30 pm. The first Friday of each month we meet, doors always open at 5:30 pm, you'll find name tags on your table, just please remember to put them back in the bags after dinner for me. If you find a new or old friend you would like to sit with just include the info with your check and I will try to accommodate you as I make the seating chart. We old member are looking forward to meeting all our new members. We will have games, and lots of varied entertainment. We may even have games along with entertainment. I love surprises! Membership is $20 for the year. Our February dinner will be stuffed chicken breast with capers and wine sauce, lettuce wedge with blue cheese, beacon and pecans, along with fingerling roasted potato and green beans with bacon and almonds. And for our Valentine desert a spectacular chocolate dessert. Price $15 and as always coffee and water are provided, you are welcome to BYOB. Be sure to get your dinner checks into Provi at 630 Twin Hills Dr, call her for any dinner questions at 845-1601. A note to our new members per the Fire Dept the South Clubhouse can only hold 105 people, since we have more members then seats get those dinner checks into Provi ASAP, many people bring them the night of the dinner for the following month. I am often asked if only Italians can join the Italian club, even though we are called Paisano "Friend" we are open to all – our only requirement is that you enjoy having fun and love people. I love to hear from our members if you see a group on your travels that you think might mix well with the group get there card, get their names, get there phone numbers or just drag them to me… the only thing I promise is the our entertainment will be fun and varied!
