Yiddish Culture Club
Summer time and the living is easy. Even with water cuts, the
roses and trees still grow, the swimming pools are cared for by others,
and the tennis players continue playing on the courts. We have hot
sunlit days with cool breezes at night and we never worry about rain
spoiling cook outs. Each day is as peaceful as the one before.
So add spice to a sleepy summer with the YCC Americana Barbecue
on Wed., July 12, at 6 pm in the South Clubhouse. Dinner will include
BBQ ribs and chicken with all the trimmings to delight your pallet
including dessert. You may BYOW if you so choose. The evening's
entertainer is Rebecca Price, violin. She will be accompanied by
Adrian Madden on guitar and Patty Beyer cellist. Share this toe
tapping, foot stomping, and maybe even some dancing, Americana
fest with us. Don't miss the best bargain of the year - $17 pp for paid
members and $20 pp for non–member guests.
Paid reservations are necessary with checks made out to the YCC
(YIDDISH CULTURE CLUB) sent to D. Stone, 1800 Litchfield Ct., by
